Your data is used to answer your request and to arrange a possible appointment.
The legal basis is your consent, together with the firm's legitimate interest in handling the requests addressed to it.
Retention period
Your data is kept for 3 years from our last contact, then deleted or archived in line with applicable obligations.
Processors and recipients
Your data is intended for the firm only and is neither sold nor shared for commercial purposes.
Technical providers act as processors: Calendly (appointment booking), IONOS (hosting) and, in due course, an audience-measurement tool.
Professional secrecy
Exchanges covered by lawyer's professional secrecy benefit from specific protection, in addition to personal-data rules.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data.
